Shipping and returns

Every order ships free, with express delivery and duties included. Returns are free within 30 days.

Shipping

• Cost: complimentary express shipping on every order, with no minimum.
• Duties and taxes: included in the price you pay at checkout. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Packaging: every beanie arrives in our rigid stone-grey box, with no plastic.

We currently deliver to 26 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. If yours isn't listed, email hello@whiteoutheadwear.com and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

• You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with its tags and box.
• Returns are complimentary. Email hello@whiteoutheadwear.com with your order number and we'll send you a return label.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once the piece reaches us.
• Want a different colour or style? Say so in your email and we'll arrange an exchange.

Discount codes

Add your code on the secure payment page at checkout. Codes can't be applied to orders that have already been placed.
