Lifetime repair

We'd rather fix a beanie than sell you a new one. Every piece we make, from a Piste rib to a numbered Atelier cashmere, is covered by our lifetime repair service.

What we repair

• Snags, pulled loops and small holes in the knit
• Loose or damaged emblem embroidery and woven patches
• Seams and linked cuffs that have opened
• Detachable poms that have come loose

How it works

• Email hello@whiteoutheadwear.com with your order number (or the number inside an Atelier cuff) and a photo of the damage.
• We'll tell you what we can do and how to send the piece to us.
• We repair it by hand and send it back.

Most wear can be prevented with a little care. See our care guide for how to wash, dry and store each fibre.
